Terms and Conditions

THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between METHOD CLIMBING, herein referred to as the “METHOD CLIMBING,” and the individual member, herein referred to as the “Member.” Acknowledging METHOD CLIMBING’s dedication to providing exceptional indoor rock climbing experiences and recognizing MEMBER’s choice to access these services through METHOD CLIMBING’s automatic monthly billing service, both parties mutually agree to the following terms:

COMMENCEMENT DATE: The billing cycle for the MEMBER commences on the date of their initial purchase.

TERMS: The billing agreement spans a minimum duration of one month, with automatic monthly billing occurring on the 1st of each subsequent month until the MEMBER submits a cancellation request. A minimum commitment of one full month is required.

PAYMENT TERMS: The MEMBER agrees to an initial prorated amount of monthly dues and any applicable startup fees. Subsequently, the MEMBER commits to paying a monthly fee for the duration of their participation in METHOD CLIMBING’s automatic monthly billing service.

ACCOUNT “FREEZE”: The MEMBER may temporarily suspend their account by notifying METHOD CLIMBING through the support channel online at Methodclimb.com under “MY ACCOUNT / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT”, with confirmation received from METHOD CLIMBING on the same channel before the billing cycle. During the freeze period, a charge of $10.00 replaces the MEMBER’s normal monthly dues until they instruct METHOD CLIMBING to reactivate their account.

ADJUSTMENTS: METHOD CLIMBING reserves the right to modify the monthly dues and/or freeze charges. In such cases, the MEMBER has the right to terminate their participation in METHOD CLIMBING’s automatic monthly billing service.

BILLING DATE: Monthly dues are typically charged on the 1st day of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, METHOD CLIMBING may charge on the next closest weekday.

CANCELLATION: The MEMBER is responsible for informing METHOD CLIMBING of their desire to cancel the agreement. The billing agreement remains in effect until the MEMBER submits a cancellation request via the support channel online at Methodclimb.com under “MY ACCOUNT / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT”, with confirmation received from METHOD CLIMBING on the same channel. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the end of the current month to ensure cancellation of the membership.

LATE NOTIFICATION: If the MEMBER fails to inform METHOD CLIMBING of their desire to cancel by the end of business 5 days before the end of the month, they will be billed for the subsequent month.

REFUND POLICY: No refund of whole or partial dues is implied, unless the MEMBER can provide proof of error on METHOD CLIMBING’s part.

OTHER MEMBERSHIPS: 1) Paid in full memberships are non-transferrable and only valid for the purchaser for the duration of the membership, 2) 6 month memberships can be frozen once and annual memberships can be frozen twice, 3) Memberships cannot be extended past their original length, and 4) Guest passes reset on the 1st of every month regardless of date of purchase
