Fitness Classes

You might not want to climb everyday. So why not check out one of our Yoga or Fitness classes? All classes are free for members, but require registration. You can register by clicking on the buttons below or visiting our schedule. The minimum age to participate is 16 and completed waivers are required.

YOGA
For centuries, yoga has been practiced as a way to exercise the body, mind, and spirit. Incorporating poses, stretches, and movements that can be adjusted for any skill level, Method Yoga is a perfect addition to any exercise routine.
CAPOEIRA
Interested in some new movement? Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art, combining self-defense, acrobatics, dance, music and song.
TRX
What do climbing and TRX have in common? Full body tension, a key component in climbs from V0-V17. Method TRX classes will offer athletes of all levels a challenge through HIIT and strength training classes.
