Fitness Classes

You might not want to climb everyday. So why not check out one of our Yoga or Fitness classes? All classes are free for members, but require registration. You can register by clicking on the buttons below or visiting our schedule. The minimum age to participate is 16 and completed waivers are required.

YOGA
For centuries, yoga has been practiced as a way to exercise the body, mind, and spirit. Incorporating poses, stretches, and movements that can be adjusted for any skill level, Method Yoga is a perfect addition to any exercise routine.
CAPOEIRA
Interested in some new movement? Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art, combining self-defense, acrobatics, dance, music and song.
FITNESS CLASSES
Interested in getting a good burn going? Want to learn proper form and technique for major lifts? Learn how to set up your own training plan? These are just a few of the classes we are looking to add here at Method.
