Fitness Classes

You might not want to climb everyday. So why not check out one of our Yoga or Fitness classes? All classes are free for members, but require registration. You can register by clicking on the buttons below or visiting our calendar. The minimum age to participate is 16 and completed waivers are required.

YOGA
For centuries, yoga has been practiced as a way to exercise the body, mind, and spirit. Incorporating poses, stretches, and movements that can be adjusted for any skill level, Method Yoga is a perfect addition to any exercise routine.
THE TOUCH UP
A beginner to intermediate level strength and cardio class designed to improve strength, stability, and endurance. The Touch Up is an intense, 45 minute routine, but you can take it at your own pace to get the most out of your workout.
THE BEAT DOWN
An intermediate to advanced, high intensity routine with a focus on power and speed. The Beat Down builds on the Touch Up with challenging circuits to take your workouts to the next level. We recommend completing the Touch Up prior to joining this advanced class.
