Our Boardwork Class is designed to help climbers learn how to effectively use our training boards, including the Tension & Moonboard, circuit board, campus board, and hangboards. This class focuses on maximizing your training session and improving climbing performance through targeted protocols.

What You’ll Learn:

  • System Boards: Understand the differences between the Moonboard and Tension Board, including setting up apps and how they function.
  • Hangboard Training: Master hangboard protocols such as repeaters, max hangs, and 10-minute sequences to build finger strength.
  • Campus Board: Explore advanced campus training techniques like alternating match, matched up and down, enduro touches, and more.
