Our Top Rope Belay Class at Method Climbing is designed to teach essential climbing safety and belaying techniques for climbers aged 14 and older. Whether you’re new to climbing or looking to refine your skills, this class is the perfect starting point for mastering top rope climbing.

What You’ll Learn:

Proper harness setup and how to wear it securely.
Tying a figure-eight knot for climbing safety.
Effective communication with your climbing partner using standard belay commands.
Belay techniques, including safely giving and taking slack and catching a falling climber.
